Mr. Amir Chishti is the Chairman of the board of directors of Shajar Capital Pakistan (Private) Limited and has a proven track record of transforming loss making units to successful ventures. His excellence in administration is reflected by the performance of Darul Sehat Hospital post take-over and is now one of the leading hospital situated in metropolis’s most populous area. Mr. Chishti has been successfully managing companies/entities in Healthcare, Education, financial brokerage, hospitality and most recently into Oil Marketing arena. He is on the board of directors of Darul Shifa International (Private) Limited and Admore Gas (Private) Limited. Mr. Chishti is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry.

Dr. Syed Ali Farhan Razi is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shajar Capital Pakistan (Private) Limited. Dr. Razi has played a vital role in transforming and turning around Dar ul Sehat Hospital into one of the leading hospitals in Karachi. He is also the founder trustee of the Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry (LCMD). Under his leadership LCMD has become one of the top ranking educational institution in the country. Besides being a practicing Dental Surgeon, Dr. Razi has over a decade experience of managing Darul Sehat Hospital and Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry. Currently Dr. Razi is the Vice Chairman, Director on the board of directors of Admore Gas (Private) Limited, Shajar Capital Pakistan (Private) Limited, Darul Shifa International (Private) Limited and the founder trustee on the Board of Trustees of LCMD.
